Our Beliefs & Practices
Our Church is based solely on the New Testament pattern.
It is equivalent to the one found in the NT and is not just another denomination (cf. Ephesians 1:22, 23; 4:4; Colossians 1:18, 24; 3:15; 1 Corinthians 12:12).
It was founded by Jesus Christ Himself (Matthew 16:18).
It originated in AD 30 at Pentecost in Jerusalem (Acts 2).
Its lone standard of authority is the Bible (Ephesians 2:20-22; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; Colossians 3:17; John 12:48)
Our Salvation is based solely on the New Testament pattern.
Faith (John 8:24; Acts 16:31; Hebrews 11:6)
Repentance (Acts 17:30; 26:20; Luke 13:3, 5; 2 Peter 3:9; 2 Corinthians 7:8-10)
Confession (Matthew 10:32, 33; John 11:27; Romans 10:9, 10; 1 John 4:15)
Baptism (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3, 4; Galatians 3:27; 1 Peter 3:21)
Faithfulness (Revelation 2:10; 2 Peter 2:20-22; Hebrews 3:12-14; Matthew 7:21)
Our Worship is based solely on the New Testament pattern.
Acapella Singing (Acts 16:25; Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16)

Our Doctrinal Beliefs are based solely on the New Testament pattern.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant word of God (John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; Titus 1:9; 2 Peter 1:20, 21)
We oppose false or distorted teaching (1 Timothy 1:3, 4; 6:3, 4; 2 John 8-11)
We embrace and respect the pure truth of God’s written word (1 Corinthians 4:6; 2 Timothy 4:1-5; Revelation 22:18, 19)
